The EMC Technical Account Manager (TAM) provides technical problem solving skills, proactive support, and astute business acumen to help streamline the day-to-day management and support requirements of your EMC solution. TAMs support one of the following designated set of product categories: tiered storage, backup recovery systems, and data computing.
As the primary support escalation contact for the products within a designated product category, the TAM ensures timely response and resolution of your support requests.
